What If An Item Is Not In Stock After The Order Is Placed?
We try to maintain an accurate inventory control process, but if an item is ordered that is not in stock, we can issue an immediate refund, or we can hold the order for a time period you specify while we are restocking the item. When the time period you specify expires, we will refund you. If we are not able to restock the item, your total order amount will be refunded immediately.

Yes, We use PayPal merchant service, secured by VeriSign.

What Payment Methods Do You Have?
We use "Paypal" payment processor because it is allows a secure transaction, and it enables the buyer to use major credit cards or e-checks if he or she does not have a Paypal account.

Do you allow items to be returned?
Yes, no one wants to keep an item they do not like. We do have some limitations however. We do not accept returns on cosmetics and skincare, due to health concerns. Please choose these items carefully before ordering. Of course if you receive a wrong item or damaged items, please contact us. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. We can make exceptions in those cases. All other returns must be made within 10 days of the date shipped. The items must be returned in a package sufficient to withstand transit without damage. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Only the purchase price will be refunded. Contact us by e-mail if you have a specific item to return, or other questions.

How Much Are Your Shipping Charges?
Shipping charges are shown on the checkout screen prior to final payment. Most items ship for $5.95, but smaller items may be less, and heavier items could be more. Please check the charges prior to checkout. Shipping is primarily UPS ground, with USPS priority mail also used. Many of our items now have FREE SHIPPING.

Are All Of Your Products New?
Yes, all our items are new. If we do add addtional products in the future which may include "refurbished" or "returned" merchandise, we will clearly state this in the item description. In addition, we only sell "high quality" sterling, not the light weight kind you can by cheaper, or even "by the dozen" like some webstores have. You can wear ours with pride, or give it as a gift, without having to worry about the beauty and durability of the item you are giving. As stated in our return policy, we will accept returns within 10 days, if you are not satisfied with the item you purchase.
